01. The Challenge
Today’s fast-moving digital world demands high-volume, instant content—but traditional production can’t keep up. Physical shoots require permits, vehicle shipping, large crews, and weather-dependent logistics, driving costs and timelines up. When brands need to react quickly to trends or product updates, they’re often stuck: mobilizing a full shoot is too slow and expensive, causing missed opportunities and inefficient spend.
02. The Solution
By combining CGI, AI, and Gaussian Splatting, we can update existing footage and extend the life of valuable assets—without reshoots. Our proprietary AI automates the technical groundwork by removing the original vehicle and accelerating matchmove, rotoscoping, and paint-out tasks to produce a flawless clean plate. Gaussian Splats and camera mapping recreate accurate 3D geometry from the footage so the new CGI vehicle naturally reflects its environment. Our high-end lighting and 3D rendering then ensures precise paint, details, and design fidelity, perfectly matching the real product.
Our AI-generated HDRIs help bridge digital assets with archival footage by replacing missing on-set lighting data. Since original light maps rarely exist, our AI analyzes colors, shadows, and highlights in the flat video to reconstruct a full high-dynamic-range environment. This synthetic HDRI accurately recreates ambient and directional light—from warm sunsets to cool neon—and feeds it into the CGI vehicle’s rendering engine. With global illumination driven by lighting derived directly from the footage, the new vehicle appears naturally integrated into the original scene.
03. The Result
With our proprietary AI pipeline and product accurate CGI, brands can refresh entire content libraries in days instead of the months required for a new shoot. We transform existing footage into entirely new assets—reversing sequences, reorienting vehicles, changing environments, and generating scenes that look nothing like the originals. A single clip can be repurposed across models, trims, and colors, and even turned into interactive configurators and colorizers.
